Road Safety Inspector Ion Roscovanu of the Chisinau Traffic Police has told Info-Prim Neo that although the traumas sustained by the pedestrians are not very serious, the drivers are to blame for reckless driving. The woman suffered contusion of the soft tissues of the head.
