Four overseas polling stations ran out of ballots
Four polling stations abroad, in Moscow, Padua, Bologna and Paris, have run out of ballot papers hours before they will close, Info-Prim Neo reports.
However, voters are allowed to express their choice on a A4 sheet of paper, which is then validated with the stamp of the respective polling station. These 'ballots' are placed in separate boxes and their tabulation will also be done separately. The Constitutional Court is to pronounce on their validity, said CEC Secretary Iurie Ciocan.
Moldova established 75 polling station abroad. That in Beijing has already closed.
