The Ministry of the Interior started a project to promote sports among children by actively involving these in team games. With the support of the Moldovan Football Federation, 22 veterans of the Ministry will trained to become children’s football coaches as of June 22, 2018, IPN has learned from the Ministry.

After the training, the veterans of the Ministry of the Interior will form football teams in which they will involve children from their communities, especially from socially deprived families.

This way, the representatives of the Ministry aim to become involved in the raising of the new generation through activities to increase physical strength and to promote sports values. The Ministry of the Interior and the Veterans Association in such a way aim to communicate with children and discuss the problems bothering them and to also protect them from vices and other dangers.
