The fog in Chisinau disrupted the schedule of flights. All the aircraft that were to land at the airport in Chisinau after 10am were delayed or cancelled. In some cases, the delays are of up to eight hours. The flights from Istanbul operated by Atlasglobal Airlines, from Munich by Deutsche Lufthansa, from Bucharest by  Tarom Alitalia, from Warsaw by LOT-Polish Airlines and from Moscow by Fly One were cancelled, IPN reports.

On takeoff, the flights from Moscow of Fly One, from Milan of Wizz Air, from Munich of Deutsche Lufthansa, from Istanbul of Atlasglobal Airlines, from Bucharest of Tarom Alitalia and from Vienna of Austrian Airlines were also cancelled.
