Fly One returns to ordinary schedule

After cancelling a series of flights the previous days, on Thursday Fly One announced that it returns to the ordinary schedule as the aircraft that broke down were repaired. The air operator said that to improve its services, it extended its fleet with a plane and now runs a total of 12 aircraft, IPN reports.

According to Fly One, nine flights were canceled during June 9-14, while 110 flights to/from Chisinau were operated by own or rented planes, with over 18,000 passengers being transported. More than 1,000 passengers whose flights were cancelled and delayed benefitted from accommodation and caterings services.

“To respond to passengers’ requests, the work program of the Client Support Service was extended and the applications during the next few days will be examined as matters of urgency. All those who further need support can contact the Call Center. However, to reduce the waiting time, we ask the travellers to write to us to the email address helpdesk@flyone.eu or on social networking sites,” the airline said in a press release.

After Fly One cancelled a number of flights, the Civil Aviation Authority convoked the air operators certification commission to assess the situation and determine the reasons that lead to flight cancellations in a row. No conclusions have been presented so far.
