All categories of applicants will pay a flat-rate fee for the issuance of construction authorizations in Chisinau irrespective of the purpose of the buildings. The fee will be 100 lei, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Chisinau City Hall said in a press release that the flat fee was adopted at the latest meeting of the Municipal Council on September 17. At the same time, no fee will be charged for construction authorizations for buildings financed prom public sources and for works of public convenience of national interest. Exempted will also be the persons who suffered from natural disasters and other emergency situations.
