The national flags in several Moldovan villages on April 27 will be hoisted on new masts that were put up under a last year order of the executive. On April 27 it is celebrated the National Flag Day, IPN reports.

According to a communiqué from the Government, the State Chancellery, in concert with the mayor’s offices of Vadeni village of Soroca district, Balanesti commune of Nisporeni district, and Larguta commune of Cantemir district will raise the flags on the new masts set up under the Government decision of July 2, 2012. The central and local public authorities will organize festivities.

Acting Prime Minister Vlad Filat on April 24 signed an order concerning the celebration of the National Flag Day on April 27.
