Five citizens of the Republic of Moldova were hurt in a road accident in Romania’s Suceava County in the morning of September 1. The persons were in a minibus travelling to the Republic of Moldova, IPN reports, with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.
According to the Ministry, the accident occurred in Poiana Stampei commune. The local authorities informed that there were five persons in the minibus – all citizens of the Republic of Moldova. They were all admitted to the Bistrița County Hospital with different traumas. The state of two of them is unstable.
Representatives of the consular office keep in touch with the local authorities so as to obtain additional information. The case was also referred to the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Home Affairs for monitoring.
