Four companies with Italian capital and a company with Romanian capital will invest €8 million in the Free Enterprise Zone in Balti, IPN has learned from the Ministry of Economy.
The resident company from Romania intends
to provide delivery, transportation and logistics services. It will work on the territory of all the subzones of the Balti zone.
The Italian companies will produce equipment for automated laundry services, for sterilizing medical instruments and for treating the air.
As a result, there will be created 120 jobs with an average salary of 6,500 lei.
The equipment will be manly exported to the EU and the CIS. The annual sales are projected to exceed 350 million lei.
All the planned industrial facilities will be launched in the first half of 2014.
