The deadline for applications for filling the vacant post of member of the Supervisory Board of the National Public Broadcaster “Teleradio-Moldova” was September 2, IPN reports.

The Broadcasting Coordination Council said that five candidates applied to take part in the contest. These are: Boris Bechet, Igor Cibotaru, Virgiliu Margineanu, Alina Palii, and Nicolae Spataru.

The candidates will be interviewed in a public meeting of the Council that is to take place within 15 days of the deadline. A candidate could be chosen in this meeting.
