The procedure for issuing fiscal invoices and other standard forms was simplified. The State Tax Inspectorate has launched an electronic service that enables taxpayers to order forms online. After placing the orders, the taxpayers will be informed online when and where they should go to take the form. The service is available round-the-clock at all the local offices of the inspectorate, IPN reports.

According to the head of the Main State Tax Inspectorate Ion Prisacaru, the new service will exclude the human factor from this process and this will contribute to reducing corruption in the Tax Service. “By this service, we want to minimize the costs incurred by taxpayers and help the accountants of companies to save time,” said Ion Prisacaru.

The forms can be ordered on the website servicii.fisc.md. In order to use the service, the taxpayer must have a username, a password and a digital authentication signature issued by the certification center of IS “Fiscservinform” or a digital signature issued by an accredited certification center.

The service is available all over the country. All the officers have their own service addresses. “Now that the new service was launched, the taxpayers will not need to go to the tax office to file an application and the necessary documents and to queue up,” said Vitalie Coceban, IS “Fiscservinform” administrator.

The fiscal invoices and other standard forms will be issued within five days, depending on the application processing capacities of the local tax offices that are to issue the documents.
