The Main Fiscal Inspectorate will conduct raids on the night of December 31 to check businesses offering entertainment services. The inspections aim to prevent illegal commercial activity on the New Year's Eve, the Inspectorate said in a press announcement. In particular, the inspections will be carried out at 211 restaurants across the republic that provide banquet services during the winter holidays, including on the New Year's night. Inspectors will verify the number of places prepared for the clients, the prices per person and how accurate these are reflected in accounting documents. Most information on the number of places and established prices per person for a New Year's dinner and the ways of payment has already been collected by the inspectors from advertising in the media, from websites, and directly from the service providers by phone.
