A tourist trolleybus will take persons on panoramic tours of Chisinau, similar to the sightseeing tours staged in the European capitals, IPN reports, quoting the Tourism Agency.

The tourist trolleybus starts work on August 27, when it is celebrated the 55th anniversary of the establishment of the Moldovan tourism industry. The event is organized by the Tourism Agency and the Chisinau City Hall with the support of the USAID CEED II project.

On August 27, the trips will be free. Afterward, they will be for money and will be staged on Saturdays and Sundays until the National Wine Day. There will be organized three trips a day: from 10:15 until 12:15; from 12:30 until 14:30, and from 15:00 until 17.00.

The trolleybus will set off from the trolleybus station situated near Europe Square or “Patria” Movie Theater.
