More than 20,000 companies from Briceni district will be able to benefit from entrepreneurial training and consultancy at a business incubator that was opened in the region. The Larga Business Incubator is the first of the kind in rural areas and was created within a regional development project, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from the Regional Development Agency Nord, the business incubator was outfitted with modern equipment so that the companies from eight settlements of Briceni increase their economic activity and improve the investment climate in the region.
The resident companies will be leased out offices at accessible prices. They will benefit from consultancy and entrepreneurial training, reduced administration costs, etc. Attending the inauguration of the business incubator, Minister of Regional Development and Construction Marcel Raducan said the support for private sector development forms part of the financing priorities of the National Rural Development Fund, while the business incubator in Larga represents an important factor that is designed to involve young people in the region’s development.
Over 4.8 million lei was spent on the creation of the business incubator in Larga. The money was allocated by the National Rural Development Fund and the Larga mayor’s office.
