Over 500,000 persons were served during a year by the Mortgage Center opened by the commercial bank “Mobiasbanca – Groupe Société Générale”. Of these, 60% benefitted from mortgage loans for purchasing, building or modernizing the home. Most of the persons applied for loans for buying apartments, IPN reports.
In the anniversary event, Mortgage Center director Anton Kovalyov said the informing of the clients is the main activity of the Center is as it is very hard to take a decision to raise a home loan. Often, the clients who were told about home loans came to apply for a loan even in a year, after examining the offers on the market.
According to Anton Kovalyov, the released loans very between €5,000 and €200,000, depending on the needs of clients. From this May, the Mortgage Center will provide a new service – covering of all the costs for registering the home sale and purchase contract incurred by the clients. “We are trying to maximally simplify the process of taking a decision about the purchase of an apartment,” stated the director.
Currently, the persons who raised a loan from the Mortgage Center benefit from discounts from the Center’s partners that provide such services as repair works, furniture building, home arrangement and security. Those who want to buy a house can go to the Mortgage Center to fill out a questionnaire that is referred to the partners and these later formulate offers to the clients.
Elena Palii raised a €10,000 loan from the Mortgage Center to gather the necessary amount for purchasing a home. She said that after analyzing all the market offers, she determined that the offer of the Moorage Center was the most advantageous one. “I met with unclear things at other banks. Here, everything was well prepared. All the technical matters were solved quickly and I received the money. We moved swiftly to our own apartment,” stated Elena Palii.
The Mobiasbanca Mortgage Center, which is situated at 13/1 Miron Costin St in Chisinau, is open to clients from Tuesday through Saturday between 10am and 7pm.
