The Chisinau City Hall fixed the first plate with green arrow showing to the right near the red light of the traffic lights. The plate shows that the drivers can turn to the right regardless of the color on the stoplights, Info-Prim Neo reports. The first plate of the kind was set up at the traffic lights situated at the intersection of Bucuresti St and the viaduct that connects the districts of Centru and Botanica.   According to a communiqué from the City Hall, in the near future plates with green arrow will be fixed at five intersections in Chisinau. Afterward, most of the stoplights in the capital city will be additionally outfitted with such plates.   The placement of additional black boards with green arrow showing to the right near traffic lights is provided in the traffic regulations that were adjusted by the Government last summer. Initially, the Chisinau City Hall set up 11 stoplights with intermittent green light at the main intersections in order to fluidize traffic. It asked making the relevant changes to the traffic regulations, but its proposal was rejected.
