A fire broke out at the storehouse of a furniture factory located in Chisinau on July 24. Five firefighting teams travelled to the scene.

Contacted by IPN, press officer of the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service Diana Turcan said the fire destroyed 100 square meters of the storehouse’s roof, but the firemen managed to save 80% of the materials that were inside.

No one was hurt. The fire happened on Tighina St in Centru district of Chisinau.
