The head of the Association “Moldova Mea” (“My Moldova”) Fiodor Ghelici proposes three scenarios of distributing the senior state posts between the parties that entered Parliament. Fiodor Ghelici said the 'sale of votes' by the Communists to the Democratic parties is the most viable variant, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Fiodor Ghelici, the first scenario is to give the post of head of state to Vlad Filat. A member of the Communists Party, Vladimir Voronin for example, can be named the Head of Parliament, while Democrat leader Marian Lupu or Liberal leader Mihai Ghimpu – Deputy Speaker. In this case, the Government must be headed by a neutral person who will focus exclusively on economy. Under the second scenario, an independent candidate is appointed as head of state, a representative of the PCRM – as Speaker, while the Liberal-Democrat leader Vlad Filat – as Premier. The third scenario, which, according to Fiodor Ghelici is the most viable, envisions the 'sale of votes'. In this case, businessman Vlad Plahotniuc can 'purchase' all the votes. “We believe that these are the best variants. If none of them is employed, the solution would be early elections,” said Fiodor Ghelici, adding that in such a case the elections would be won by the Communists as the people are disappointed with the Democratic parties. THE BUSINESSMAN SAID MOST OF THE PERSONS WHO VOTED FOR THE PCRM ARE RUSSIAN SPEAKERS. “THEY VOTED THIS WAY BECAUSE THEY ARE AFRAID THAT MOLDOVA MIGHT UNITE WITH ROMANIA. MOST OF THE PEOPLE ARE AGAINST THE PCRM, BUT VOTED FOR IT BECAUSE IT IS AGAINST THE UNION WITH ROMANIA,” HE STATED.
