Filling stations raise price of liquefied petroleum gas
A number of filling stations Tuesday posted higher prices for the liquefied petroleum gas. Anatol Barbei, the head of the press office of the National Agency for Energy Regulation, stated for Info-Prim Neo that these companies violated no norms. The Agency verified the calculations and established that they are correct.
The liquefied petroleum gas got dearer by 0.5 lei and is now sold for 8.3 lei. The market operators argue that the purchase price of the liquefied petroleum gas from Ukraine was increased.
The oil businesses decide by themselves when to raise or decrease the prices of oil products, but the profitability rate must not exceed 10%.
