Moldovan Prime Minister Vlad Filat and Romanian President Traian Basescu discussed the possibility of signing the Agreement on Small-Scale Border Traffic over the phone this morning, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communique from the Government's press service, Filat asked that the formulation and signing of the agreement be hasted. Basescu assured him that there will be taken the necessary measures. The two officials also considered the possibility of setting up more polling places for the Romanian presidential elections in Moldova and of opening new Romanian consulates in Moldova.
