The festival “At Range with Pies” will take place in Moldova for the first time. It will be held in Solcani village of Soroca district next Sunday, August 10, IPN reports.

The festival aims to promote the people’s traditions and national cuisine. The event will include a show of national costumes, handicrafts and culinary exhibitions, competitions and entertaining games. It will end with a large Romanian round dance.

The festival is organized by the Solcani mayor’s office in concert with the Culture and Tourism Section of the Soroca District Council, the Tourism Agency of Moldova and local mayor’s offices of the district.
