The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, Vice President of the European Commission, will pay an official visit to the Republic of Moldova. President Igor Dodon said the invitation was made in a meeting in Brussels and the European official accepted it, IPN reports.
“I had a very productive meeting and discussion with Ms. Federica Mogherini, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice President of the European Commission. I invited her to make an official visit to Chisinau. The invitation was accepted. I hope the visit will be paid during the next few months,” the Head of State says in a post on Facebook.
Igor Dodon will also meet with President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani, President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Junker and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
