Seasonal farmers markets will be set up in all the districts of the capital city each Saturday and Sunday. The first markets will be held this weekend, while the last ones on November 30. The citizens of Chisinau could buy fresh agricultural products at producer prices there, IPN reports, quoting municipal officials.
In Centru district, farmers markets will be available at five addresses: 7 Academiei St, 90 Ismail St, 5 Dmitri Cantemir Blvd, 13 Testemiţanu St and 86 Șoseaua Hâncești St.
In Buiucani district, the locations are the following: 63 Calea Ieșilor St, Onisifor Ghibu up from Alba Iulia St and at the entrance from Dumbrava commune, and 16 Codrilor St.
In Botanica district, the markets will be set up at the intersection of Traian Blvd with Independenței St and possibly at the intersection of Butucului St with Independenței St 48 and at 9/1 Independenței St.
In Ciocana district, there were set three locations: Milescu Spătari St at the intersection with Ion Dumeniuc St, 66/1 Alecu Russo St and the parking of Mondial market.
In Râșcani district, farmers markets will be set up near the Afghans Park and on Matei Basarab St near S.A. “Mezon”. If need be, similar markets will be organized on the streets Feredeului, Vadu lui Vodă and Andrei Doga.
