Three families that are in difficulty will get financial support from the Government. A sum of 160,000 lei will be allocated from the Reserve Fund for the purpose. The decision was taken in a meeting of the commission for emergencies that is chaired by Prime Minister Pavel Filip, IPN reports.
According to the Government’s press service, 50,000 lei will be allotted to a family from Rădenii Vechi village of Ungheni district that remained without home after a fire destroyed their house two months ago. The money will go to purchase a new house for the five members of the family, who include a child aged two and an elderly man.
Also, 90,000 will be given to a family from Negrești village of Strășeni district who also remained without shelter in winter. “My request is to act faster. The holidays are coming and, despite difficulties, they should have a home so as to be all together during the holidays,” stated the Premier.
It was also decided to provide 20,000 lei in financial support for covering the costs related to the repatriation of a Moldovan man who died in an accident in Kaluga city of Russia.
