The family members of the servicemen killed in the armed conflict on Nistru will benefit from preferential loans. The Parliament passed a draft law in this respect on May 11. Until now, preferential loans were granted to a number of citizens, including Nistru war veterans, but not to the families of those fallen in battle. MP Vasile Grozav suggested that such loans be also granted to the family members of the veterans who died after the conflict, but the proposal was rejected. According to official data, the number of potential beneficiaries of these loans is 219, which would require MDL 3.2 million yearly.
