The music contest “Festival of Your Chances” will take place tomorrow in Chetris village, Falesti. A very important event for the locality, the festival aims to discover and support young singers in Moldova, encourage quality and live performance. The organisers wish to bring to the tourists’ attention the Prut Hydrographical Basin and the “Royal Forest” Preserve, a zone with a high potential of becoming a tourist attraction. The jury of the contest will award two winners – best singer and best author. Gheorghe Sova, the festival’s director, says the jury will designate the winners according to the following criteria: voice qualities (intonation, timbre clarity, vocal amplitude, style, personality); stage conduct and apparel. Chetris village neighbours Glodeni district (Moldova) and Iasi County (Romania).
