Fairs of martsishors (amulets worn at chest to celebrate the coming of spring) and garden flowers will be held in the district of Chisinau in the period between February 17 and March 10. Trade authorizations are issued by the district head’s offices, the Chisinau City Hall has said, quoted by IPN.

The General Police Inspectorate will ensure public order in places authorized by the district head’s offices and will contribute to combating unauthorized trade in martsishors.
