Works to renovate the facades of a number of apartment buildings in Botanica district of Chisinau will start this June. The Public Amenities Division has announced a tender contest to choose the contractor.

Vasile Efros, head of the Division’s Territorial Development and Environment Unit, has told IPN that the project envisions the renovation of the facades of the blocks situated at 50, 51 and 51/1 Dacia Blvd at the City’s Gates and the installation of a decorative lighting system on the facades of these buildings.

The bids for the given tender contest shall be submitted during May 16-25.

Over 10 million lei was earmarked in the municipal budget for these works.
