Experts put up conclusions as to plane crash in Chisinau
The plane crash of 11 April near the Chisinau airport occurred because the aircraft hit a “radio-technical object”. The collision occurred as the aircraft bound for Sudan, had to return to the Chisinau airport several minutes after takeoff, because of some malfunctions, Info-Prim Neo report.
According to the analyses made by Russian specialists, after the plane took off from the Chisinau airport, its identification system broke. As the plane had to cross several countries, the flight could not be continued. So the crew had to go back to Chisinau.
When landing, the aircraft hit a VOR – DME radio-technical device, it fell and caught fire, burning out completely.
Now the specialists work to decipher the plane’s recorders, the technical parameters and pilots’ conversations with the dispatcher.
One of the experts’ conclusions is that the crash did not happen because of weather conditions. According to board recorders, the aircraft did not have other malfunctions of its system.
