Experts harshly criticized the Gaburici Government’s initiative to assume responsibility for the budgetary-fiscal policy, the social insurance budget law and the health insurance funds law for 2015. The criticism was leveled in the talk show “Politics” on TV 7 channel, IPN reports.

Ion Dron, who heads the Association “Justice and Uprightness”, said the assumption of responsibility by the Government is a helter-skelter dash borrowed from Prime Minister Iurie Leanca. “I cannot understand why we need this Parliament if there is the Gaburici Government. These elected officials lack responsibility. They sit there and wait to receive their bonuses only. Premier Gaburici insulted the whole legislature when he said that Parliament may adopt the budget law in several months,” he stated.

Jurist Pavel Midrigan said this fact shows that the country is in a deplorable state. “For the first time in Moldova’s history, we will have a budget adopted on the executives’ own responsibility. This shows the level of degradation of the Moldovan politicians and the deplorable state of affairs,” he said.

The program’s permanent invitee, political analyst Igor Botan considers the assumption of responsibility for the main economic laws will reveal the truth about the government coalition. “The way the Communists will behave now will show if they form part of the government coalition or not. If they accept the Government’s initiative and do not submit a censure motion, it will be clear that they form part of it,” he stated.
