European partners believe governing alliance can continue reforms, expert
“The European partners consider the Alliance for European Integration is the force that can continue the reforms and fulfill the commitments made to the EU. The Alliance can muster the political, moral and financial support that is now enjoyed by Moldova,” the executive director of the Foreign Policy Association Victor Chirila stated for Info-Prim Neo.
The expert stressed that for the reforms to be further implemented, the Alliance must remain united. “Undoubtedly, the Alliance heard these messages and I hope they will take them into account. However, we will witness a tougher battle between the components of the Alliance in the election campaign, but I think the parties will not go beyond certain limits that will hinder them from uniting and cooperating after the November elections. They should not resort to very serious accusations in the election campaign,” Victor Chirila said.
“If the leaders of the Alliance do not take account of the messages of the European partners, they will narrow their maneuvering space after the elections.”
