“Modern education conditions – this is what we want to ensure in all the national schools. Therefore, infrastructure is one of the basic factors, alongside the quality of human resources, curriculum and other important factors. We will continue to invest in education so that we come closer to our basic objective – to prepare the children for the future” stated Anatolie Topală.
The equipment for the physics, chemistry and biology laboratories worth over 34 million lei will go to 160 secondary schools and lyceums. This was bought by the Ministry of Education and Research within the Moldova Education Reform Project that is implemented with support from the World Bank.
With the assistance of UNICEF Moldova, there will be created 69 digital laboratories that will be outfitted with furniture and laptops connected to the Internet. These will be used by Moldova children and also by Ukrainian children so that they connect to educational platforms of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
