All the enterprises affiliated to SA “Moldovagaz” will be reorganized by merging them into one distribution enterprise. This is one of the priorities of SA “Moldovagaz” for 2020 that was presented in a broad working meeting that centered on the action plans of the company’s divisions, IPN reports.
SA “Moldovagaz” Administration Board president Vadim Ceban said the reorganization of the gas transportation enterprises and the supplier “Moldovagaz” is a priority for this year. “The separation of transmission system operators was also planned for this year as this is a condition stipulated by law,” he stated.
In a press release, the company says that owing to the creation and functioning of the natural gas market and to the necessity of extending the market, SA “Moldovagaz” will identify new projects to develop the non-regulated activities. A separate project will be aimed at setting up compressed natural gas fueling stations all over the country, including by ensuring partnerships with local public authorities.
The principle of transparency will continue to be one of the main work principles. Any tender contest will be announced on the company’s website so that all the entrepreneurs have access to procurement.
In another development, Vadim Ceban requested to maximally optimize the budgets for 2020 and to utilize the internal reserves at all the lines of work so as to step up efforts to implement the proposed plans and to improve the work of all enterprises.
