The apartment buildings that will pay for all the consumed heat by April 30 will have their internal heating systems washed free of charge. The action forms part of the annual campaign “Pay in winter to be rewarded in summer!” conducted by SA Termocom, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the company, the list of apartment buildings that will be rewarded will be made public by May 15, after the information about the payment of the consumed heat is systematized. The works to wash the internal heating systems of the apartment buildings are performed annually by housing stock managers. They represent an essential stage in preparing the piping system for the new heating season. The costs vary between 5,000 and 8,000 lei, depending on the capacity of the block. The money saved on washing the systems can be used to modernize the buildings. The campaign was launched in 2010 and is held on an annual basis.
