The employees with reduced working hours will have the same rights as those who work full time. If it is possible, these women are assigned to another job and the average salary received at the previous job is maintained.
Also, the pregnant women, women who gave birth recently or those who breastfeed will not be given night shifts and will be offered day work by keeping the average pay received at the previous job. If the transfer to another job is not possible, these will be exempted from their duties, but the average salary for the days that they could not work will be maintained.
The women with children younger than three, if they cannot fulfill their obligations, are transferred to another job and the average salary received at the previous job is maintained until the children turn three.
