Two employees of the Dubăsari Police Inspectorate who were arrested by the unconstitutional forces while they were on the territory of the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova returned home safely, IPN reports, quoting the General Police Inspectorate.

“As a result of the actions taken by the authorities, in particular the administration of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the General Police Inspectorate and the Dubăsari Police Inspectorate, our colleagues were allowed to leave,” the General Police Inspectorate has said. The authorities continue to examine the case so as to find out the reasons for the arrest.

Two employees of the Dubăsari Police Inspectorate were arrested by the unconstitutional Transnistrian forces on July 15. The information was confirmed for IPN by the head of the General Police Inspectorate’s Communication and Protocol Division Diana Fetco.
