The Center for Information Technology in Finance (CTIF) has launched the e-procurement platform Mtender, allowing both economic entities and individuals to participate as bidders in public tendering, the Ministry of Finance announced in a press release.
MTender is free to use by both authorities and bidders.
Once published on the platform, the procurement procedure becomes public on the government procurement portal mtender.gov.md and available to users that are subscribed to other procurement platforms, but also to all users who will access this portal (any call for bids posted on MTender platform is also published on other platforms).
The government procurement platforms MPass, MSing and MConnect are integrated into the public procurement platform of the Ministry of Finance. Thus, holders of electronic signatures have the possibility to access the platform using the MPass authentication service. The agreement on the use of the platform will be signed using the Msign service, and the extraction of data on registration entities within the platform will be carried out through the MConnect service. The Platform User’s Guide is available to users online or it can downloaded as a PDF.
The users of the MTender electronic public procurement platform are consulted by operators at CTIF’s Call Center at 022822038.
