A 69 year old man died in a fire in Dudulesti village, ATU Gagauzia. The causes and circumstances of the accident are yet to be investigated. Mayor of Dudulesti, Stepan Tataru, told Info-Prim Neo the man lived alone and that’s why he visited him often. The mayor says the pensioner had two sons that had abandoned him after the elderly man’s wife had passed away 10 years ago. After that, he lived with a woman, who died in the fall of 2010. 411 fires occurred in Moldova this year, killing 62 persons, including 2 children.
