Eighteen businesses won the State Quality Prize for 2009. The prize is awarded yearly on a contest basis for achieving results in business, ensuring the quality and inoffensiveness of the products, implementing modern technologies and efficient quality management methods, promoting competitive products on foreign markets. The first-degree laureates are: SA Moldcell, SRL Bursa Imobiliară Lara, SRL MGM, SA Calcar, SA Moldtelecom, SA Liga-2, SRL Sanatoriul Nufarul Alb, SA Tricon, and SRL Rusnac – MoldAcua, Info - Prim Neo reports. SA Cam, SA Produse Cerealiere, SA Artmed, SRL Ecofin-Audit –Service, SA Viorica- Cosmetic, SA Floare-Carpet , and SA Cariera Micaut became second-degree laureates. IS Combinatul Poligrafic din Chisinau and SRL Trans-Standard received special diplomas. The State Quality Prize does not have money value. The laureates are offered diplomas of the Government and symbolic statuettes. They have the right to put the given symbols on the packing of the sold products. Their trademarks will be included in different catalogs of Moldovan products promoted abroad.
