The woman educator that was accused of hitting a four-year-old boy by a parent has resigned, Ecaterina Scoarta, head of the nursery school No. 158 located in Buiucani district, told Info-Prim Neo. Scoarta said that an internal inquiry into this case will not be carried out because the administration of the nursery school is 100% sure that the educator did not hit the child. The parents of the other children from the group shared the same opinion at a meeting. According to Ecaterina Scoarta, the educator denies having hit the boy. Yet, he was severely reprimanded for yelling at him. She added that the neighbours of the parent that accuses the educator of mistreating her son said that they heard and saw how the mother was screaming and heating her child herself. The mother says that the educator made her boy blow his nose, hitting him. The parent did not file a complaint to the administration of the nursery school, neither to the Division of Education, Youth and Sports. She announced yet a television channel that made a report on this topic. At Monday’s meeting of the Chisinau City Hall, Tatiana Tverdohleb, head of the General Division of Education, Youth and Sports, said that this case will be investigated and the findings will be presented to the mayor general of Chisinau by the end of the day. Dorin Chirtoaca said that the investigation results should be posted on the official website of the City Hall – www.chisinau.md.
