Education Ministry seeks consultancy services for “Education for All - Fast Track Initiative” project
The Ministry of Education and Youth is looking for consultancy services for the project “Education for All – Fast Tack Initiative”, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to the information posted on the ministry’s official website, the Ministry of Education and Youth invites the agencies providing consultancy services to assess the impact of the project and the changes that occurred in preschool education after implementing the first grant, to analyse the progress made in achieving the project’s objectives.
The modifications that took place in preschool education after implementing the project will be assessed taking into consideration the five objectives of the project: to extend involvement of children aged between 3 and 7 years in preschool education programmes, to improve the access for children with special needs to preschool education services, to enhance the quality of preschool education services, to improve equity by reducing the discrepancies between the rates of participation in preschool education programmes in rural and urban areas, to consolidate social partnerships and engage the community in early education programmes.
The assessment will be made by using quantitative and qualitative methods, including by making field visits; analysing the statistical data; conducting interviews with service providers, teachers, parents; collecting data by organising focus groups to evaluate the results achieved as part of every component of the project. The study will be carried out during a month.
