Eduard Musuc urges his former voters to support the Communist Party (PCRM) in the July 29 elections. Musuc takes the 43rd position in the PCRM’s list, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Musuc, the voters of the center – the centrists and the Social-Democrats – should vote for stability, invoking that only the PCRM promotes statehood, Moldova’s peaceful European integration and neutrality. “Another argument is the rational one. We encountered a lot of problems and incurred large costs in organizing the early elections due to a vote.” “I’d better be among the first 100 candidates of the PCRM than among the first 10 candidates of other parties,” Musuc said, when asked about his place on the Communist ticket. Musuc was excluded from the Social Democratic Party (PSD), where he held the post of secretary general, immediately after the April 5 elections. The PSD leader Dumitru Braghis accused him of working for another party during the election campaign. Musuc challenged his exclusion, but resigned himself later. When Musu announced that he joined the PCRM, a former colleague from the PSD threw eggs at him.
