Over the last years, Valeriu Nistor completed a number of restructuring projects in different industries (the media and advertising, energy, food industry), provided consultancy in several transactions involving large and medium-sized companies and counseled Romanian investors on their medium and long-term development plans. During the visit to Chisinau, which was organized by the Romanian Embassy in Moldova and the Romanian Cultural Institute, businessman Valeriu Nistor had public meetings with students of the State University of Moldova.
