E-Government will launch online library of constructions legislation
The e-Government Center will launch a new service for the people – the online library of normative acts in the field of constructions. Center director Stela Mocan told Info-Prim Neo that people who want to build something and need a construction authorization have to fill in a set of forms that will be available in the online library.
The service will be active by mid-January. In the same month, two services requiring the “mobile signature” will be launched. These are the services of e-reporting to the National Company of Health Insurances (CNAM) and the National Company of Social Insurances (CNAS). “There are many businessmen who report to these authorities and thus will have the possibility to report online using the mobile digital signature”, said Stela Mocan.
The mobile signature is a service that allows users to sign in and confirm their identity by using their mobile phones. This way, they can remotely sign papers, reports, declarations to institutions or online requests. Natural or juridical persons who wish to use the mobile signature must go to one of the offices of mobile telephony companies Orange or Moldcell. Until the end of 2012, the mobile signature will be offered for free.
