Minister of Regional Development and Construction Marcel Raducan said the recognition of the successor’s right of the persons who lived in the same apartment when the privatization process started will exclude the equivocal interpretations of the given law, will reduce the number of trials based on these interpretations, and will help resolve the dwelling problem.
