Dubasari family injured in road accident

A family from Dubasari town that includes two children was involved in a road accident near Chisinau's Central Market. Tudor Capatana, the head of the General Police Commissariat's press office, has told Info-Prim Neo that the accident happened at the intersection of Alexandru Hajdeu and Grigore Ureche streets. A Toyota-Avensis car driven by a 23-year-old man hit the VAZ-21013 in which the family was traveling. The driver aged 32 and his wife aged 30 suffered facial and head traumas. According to the coordinating doctor of the Chisinau Ambulance Service Anatol Proca, the two children also received injures. The three-year-old girl sustained a facial contusion, while the boy aged 1 year and a half suffered stress reaction. The father refused the hospitalization of his children. Another accident occurred near Sangera town. A Honda Civic driven by a woman aged 37 skidded and went into a tree. The woman suffered a concussion, but did not want to go to the hospital. The 25 road accidents that happened in Moldova this week resulted in one death and 25 persons injured. Twenty-five persons were killed and 207 hurt in this year's 184 traffic accidents.
