The Center for Children’s Rights (CCR) and the paper Dreptul Meu (My Rights) announce a drawing contest for children entitled “The Children Have Their Rights!”, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Irina Codrean of CCR, the aim of the contest is to contribute to the promotion of the fundamental children’s rights and inform the children about them. All the children from Moldova are invited to take part in the contest with drawings representing the fundamental rights and freedoms of children. A jury will examine the works and designate the winners that will be awarded special prizes offered by the CCR. The best drawings will be exhibited on the International Children’s Day, June 1, in the Public Garden “Stefan cel Mare”. The drawings accompanied by information about the author, including the name/surname, age, place of residence, school, telephone, can be submitted to the Center by May 31.
