A woman and a child in Budesti village, municipality of Chisinau, were murdered, and the father of the boy was hospitalised with severe traumas, after they were reportedly attacked by killers. Chisinau Emergency Service doctor-coordinator Anatol Proca told Info-Prim Neo that the call was received at 20:30 from Chisinaului Street 97 in Budesti. The ambulance doctors found that a woman aged 30 and a 12 year-old fourth grader, were violently murdered. The boy had an open head trauma. Mayor of Budesti Nina Costiuc told Info-Prim Neo that the tragedy terrified the entire community. According to the mayor, the family was not rich. The woman was a merchandiser in a marketplace and the man works at “Moldtelecom”. According to mayor Costiuc, the man left from work because he was worried that no one answered the phone. When he entered the house he was hit with a heavy object on the head but he managed to run to the neighbours, from where he called the police and the ambulance. At that moment, he did not know that his concubine and his boy were killed. The mayor said that the man raised three children by himself after he divorced his first wife. 3 months ago, he decided to create a new family with another woman. According to the press unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the police officers and the prosecutors came at the venue during the night. The investigation probes into several scenarios, but the murderers had not been identified yet. 14 murders were registered in 2007 in Moldova.
