Prime Minister Dorin Recean, at the beginning of Wednesday’s meeting of the Cabinet, encouraged the Moldovan citizens with the nationality of a European country to take part in the European Parliament elections set for June 6-9 and vote for the parties of the European family, which support the enlargement of the EU and the Republic of Moldova’s accession to the EU, IPN reports.

A number of 52 polling stations will be available in the Republic of Moldova for the European Parliament elections. A series of polling stations were established for the citizens of Romania and Bulgaria, while the citizens of other countries can vote at the diplomatic missions located in Moldova.

In the Republic of Moldova, the citizens with passports of an EU country will be able to vote on June 9.
