The platform tender.health has a new function that will enable to view and analyze data about the national and foreign donations made by Moldova’s partners to strengthen the capacities of public health facilities involved in the fight against COVID-19, IPN reports.

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection, the new function will enable to view the made donations, where are they used and in what amount.

The open platform tender.health was launched in May. The data about contracts and invoices are represented in the form of tables and graphics.

The possibility of seeing data about the donations made to help contain the COVID-19 pandemic appeared owing to the initiative of the Coalition of civil society organizations for respecting the principles of transparency and efficiency in the use of public money, with support from the WHO Country Office in cooperation with Moldova’s Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection.
